Recycled country silhouettes

Do you love the craft pillows that are made in simple outline shapes of bunnies, cats, etc? These are often displayed on the backs of couches or in baskets.

One of the looks we love most is to take an old quilt or chenille bedspread that has seen better days, and may not be useful otherwise, and cutting these simple outlines and making the shaped pillow.

They can be decorated with embroidered (or doll's) eyes, silk flowers, raffia or fabric bows, etc. Your imagination is the only limitation!

So cute, and easy to match any decor!
